Commercial kitchen design is probably the most crucial plan out all the plans in a restaurant or things related to that. This is because of the fact that commercial kitchen is where the workers of the restaurant work, starting from the boss, the chefs, and even the other kitchen workers. For this reason, a commercial kitchen should be well-designed so that everything could be done perfectly. Let us just say that commercial kitchens are the hearts of restaurants, so it must be well-prepared.
The first two steps involve planning of the food in the kitchen. The first step is to list all the foods that are going to be stored in the kitchen. This is very crucial because the methods to store those foods will be written down next to the foods. Moreover, the equipments used will also involve with the storing of the food. After the list of the food and the methods to store them, then it is time to create a list of the equipments needed for the kitchen. This is what step two is all about.
Step three to four involve the planning of the building. Step three is to take the proper site of the building. Decide whether it is necessary to create a new building or just renovate an old building. Step four is practiced when the house is just remodeled and renovated. Make exact measurements of the rooms, starting from the room to the floor and even to the doors. After everything is measured, draw the new plan for the remodeled building. The last two steps involve getting social with other people. Step six is to make sure that every health codes and laws of the cities are met to create a restaurant. Regulations should be fulfilled so that the restaurant will not be in trouble later on. Step seven, the last step, is to use the current service (architect or contractor) so that he can designate the building in such a way that it will meet the regulations necessary. Keep all the blueprints and the important papers so that the restaurant meets the fulfillment of the restaurant. If these steps are done correctly, everything will be completed properly.
